The new Action Coordinator access level includes the ability to write referrals, create rosters, view all assigned consequences, and change the served/unserved status of assigned consequences. This level of access will benefit schools that have a dedicated detention or in-school suspension supervisor or attendance officer who needs to keep up with consequences schoolwide.
A new Data Integrity setting allows you to enable a grace period during which referrals can be edited or deleted by the user who processed the incident. Super Administrators are the only access type that can edit referrals once they have been locked. This setting gives schools using the Classroom Managed Incidents Add-On more flexibility and makes it possible to reduce the number of users at any site with Super Administrator privileges - an important step to ensure the security of your account.
- Improved summary calculation of days unserved.
