Administrators can now enable push notifications for pending incidents in their Inbox Preferences.

Mobile App

The improved mobile app features optimizations for screens of all shapes and sizes. iOS users can now download the app directly from the App Store while Android users will be prompted to install the app when visiting the site.

Settings Redesign

The redesigned settings view - accessed from the Incidents button at the top of the navigation - makes it easier to switch between multiple accounts and features a What’s New section to alert users to new features and changes.
