Educator’s Handbook makes it possible to manage your office referral and minor incident workflows from any internet connected device.

Access the Incidents app by visiting in your web browser or by installing it directly from the App Store.

In most cases, you will receive an invitation email when you are added to your school’s account.

If you lost your invitation email, or have forgotten your password, you should open the app, click Set a New Password, and follow the directions to initiate the identity verification process.

When you receive the invitation or verification email, click the verification link, enter a new password for your account, and click Sign In.

Passwords must be at least six characters in length and cannot be the same as your username. The inclusion of numbers and special characters will improve the strength of your password and make it more difficult for an unauthorized person to gain access to your account.
